Shipping Policy
We ship nationwide in South Africa and do not make deliveries on weekends. Deliveries and collections are only done during the week.
Please make sure to be at the chosen delivery address for delivery and collection.
If you are not reachable by the courier, extra delivery fees will apply.
If you want the delivery to be made the next day, make sure to complete and pay for your before 12:00pm. This applies to areas in JHB only.
If your order is delayed, incorrect, or arrives in a condition that makes it unwearable due to our or the courier’s fault, you can either choose to extend your Hire Period (subject to availability), receive a partial refund for the time you couldn’t use the item, or cancel the Hire and receive a full refund.
If the rented clothing does not fit you, please notify us within 4 hours of receiving your rental, to organise a size exchange but note you will be liable for the delivery costs. If you decide to cancel the rental within the 4 hours of receiving the rental, you will be refunded the rental cost only and not the delivery cost.
If you would like to exchange the clothing for another clothing, it will be depended on availability and you will be liable for the delivery costs.
If you are not reachable and the item of clothing is not collected at the end of your rental period, late fees of R100 a day will apply until the item of clothing is returned.
