Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations 7 or more working days before the rental start date:
- You will be eligible for a reschedule to a future date, a full refund or a store credit that will be valid for 12 months.
Cancellations less than 7 working days before the rental start date:
- You wont be eligible for a refund but will receive a store credit valid for 12 months or request to reschedule your rental to a future date.
After your rental has been shipped, picked up, or a collection notification has been sent:
- No refunds or store credits will be issued due to attributable costs having been incurred, like dry cleaning, packaging and delivery. Also losing out on a rental that might have been booked if you had cancelled on time.
If the rented clothing does not fit you, please notify us within 4 hours of receiving your rental, to organise a size exchange but note you will be liable for the delivery costs. If you decide to cancel the rental within the 4 hours of receiving the rental, you will be refunded the rental cost only and not the delivery cost.
